1. Membership in Songwriters of Alaska is open to all songwriters, regardless of age, genre or level of ability. There are four membership levels available.
*** Join by January 31, 2009 and receive a first year “founder’s discount rate” on our Gold and Platinum memberships!
Important: You must register using the Register link in the upper right hand corner and then follow the instructions to authenticate your registration before you can come back to the Join Us page to purchase a Silver, Gold or Platinum membership. REGISTERED (Free)
- Access to limited website features
- Free - use the register link in the upper right hand corner and enter your full name, valid email and actual phone number to participate
SILVER ($5/year)
· Gain general access to the website and forums
· Make contacts and network with peers
· Participate in songwriter open mics
· Opt-in as a member of the Songwriters of Alaska Street Team and start earning “street cred” for free merchandise, music and more.
GOLD - $15/year thru 1.31.2010 (then $25/year)
Includes all the SILVER features, plus:
· Promote yourself through our Artist Profile page; upload your music and link to your website, MySpace page, etc.
· Expand your fan base by posting your gigs on the Songwriters of Alaska calendar
PLATINUM - $25/year thru 1.31.2010 (then $50/year)
Includes all the SILVER and GOLD features, plus:
· Sell CDs and merchandise through our store
· Become a featured artist of the month, for one month, on our home page
· Post YouTube or song videos on our MUSIC page
Optional membership features:
· Sign-up for additional featured artist of the month rotations, available only at the Platinum membership level - $10/month (based on availability)
